This website is operated by Eagle Trail, an apparel business based in Alberta, Canada ("Eagle Trail", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Online store

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and show products accurately, but colours may vary by screen. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless another currency is displayed for your region. Before you complete your order, checkout shows an itemized total including taxes, shipping and any other charges, and you can review, correct or cancel the order before confirming. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

We may refuse or limit any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or resale. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. A copy of your order (your contract) is emailed to you after purchase.

5. Discount codes

Promotional codes such as WELCOME10 are subject to their stated conditions, may be limited to one use per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Eagle Trail name, logo, designs, artwork, text and images, belongs to Eagle Trail or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. User content

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our store. Content must not be unlawful, offensive or infringing.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under Alberta's Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
